Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage probate and estate administration cases from start to finish.
* Advise on wills, trusts, LPAs, inheritance tax and intestacy.
* Prepare Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration and relevant legal documents.
* Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, HMRC and other parties.
* Ensure SRA compliance and provide excellent client care.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales – ideally 3+ years PQE, although NQ candidates with relevant experience considered.
* Previous probate and estate administration experience.
* Strong communication, organisation and case-management skills.
* STEP qualification desirable but not essential.
