Process Coordinator (Automotive)
Fixed term contract, between 12 and 18 months.
Rate of pay: £17.94 per hour (37.5 hour working week).
Opportunity for Overtime:
Overtime Pay 1 - £26.91.
Overtime Pay 2 - £35.88.
Monday to Fridays days.
Hours to be confirmed at interview.
Acorn by Synergie are proud to be working in partnership with Stellantis - Vauxhall Motors Ellesmere port. We are currently recruiting for a Process Coordinator on a fixed term contract between 12-18 months. Below are attributes and experiences the ideal candidate will have.
Responsibilities of the process coordinator will include:
Work with the various SILs suppliers to ensure they have the appropriate areas ready within the Plant for K0 launch.
Ensure they are ready for launch and ramp up activities.
Primary contact for sequence suppliers.
Ensure that metrics are met by ensuring vehicles are sequenced correctly and on time.
Ensure that Plant costs are optimised by adapting flow plans and adjusting for different scenarios.
Ensure good relationship with the Units as this is fundamental to the success of the role.
Ensure good communication and relationship with wider SC, ILE and Plant teams.
Monitor flows and escalate when any deviations are seen.
Support the suppliers with any activities EG; IT installations, facility set ups and any associated actions.Personal skills and attributes and experience required:
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good working knowledge of sequencing and in Plant supplier operations.
Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
Proven written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation.
