Innovation Process Coordinator - Welshpool - £40k

They're looking for an Innovation Process Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the successful launch of new products and driving continuous improvement across development and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate tasks across the stage-gate process and manage feedback loops
*
Consolidate and prepare data for product releases and production launches
*
Support the administration of Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
*
Assist with packaging design and general product documentation
Key skills:
*
Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
*
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
*
Experience in electronics or quality assurance is a plus, but not essential
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office
