Job Description
We're working with an innovative and fast-growing manufacturer based in Buckinghamshire, who is looking to recruit a Process Development Manager to join their development team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on process professional to lead the development and scale-up of new products, run factory trials, and solve complex challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
The Role:
Own and lead process development projects from concept through to launch.
Manage scale-up activities and oversee factory trials to ensure successful product implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Continuously improve production efficiency and product quality through process optimisation.
