Job Description
I am looking for reliable, dedicated and hard-working individuals for my client in Fife!
Location: Cupar area, Fife
Pay: £12.30p/h (£13.78p/h inc holiday pay) / 1.25x for anything above 40hrs
Shift patterns: Variable - start times are 0700 OR 1430, weekly rotation
Contract: Temporary (min of 6 month's work) - permanent opportunities after 3 months for the correct candidates
What you'll be doing:
Ensuring quality of produce meets specifications and expected standard
Highlight any issues or concerns to Team Lead / management
Pack and label pre-prepared produce into the correct pallets
Ensure housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained
Minimising waste of raw materials (produce and the packaging) wherever possible
What you need to succeed in this role:
Ability to get to site for 0700, further specification on exact location and the client will be provided on successful application
Ability to succeed in fast pace, busy environments
Previous experience in a similar position / environment - FMCG factory / production
An eye for detail and be a team player
