Taskmaster Resources Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for Process Operative to join a clean, modern site where sustainability and food safety go hand in hand.
You'll be at the heart of a facility that powers real circularity—transforming food by‑products into ingredients and renewable energy.
What You'll Do
* Follow production schedules and standard procedures to operate the cooker safely and efficiently
* Safely handle tankers and trailers with incoming raw materials and finished product deliveries
* Inspect incoming ingredients and packaging
* Sample finished goods and report any concerns immediately
* Monitor all stages of production, including temperature checks and documentation
* Accurately complete food safety records
* Use computer systems for simple data entry. Follow site hygiene rules and assist with general
What We’re Looking For
* A practical, reliable individual with a strong attention to detail
* Comfortable following routines and checklists, such as SOPs, quality checklists, and HACCP logs
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends if needed
* Able to carry out physical tasks safely and responsibly
* Excellent attitude with consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and a cooperative team spirit
* Valid FLT counterbalance licence required
Working hours:
This is a full-time position, working 12-hour shifts, days and nights.
Week 1 – days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 06:00 – 18:00
Week 2 – nights : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 18:00 – 06:00
Salary:
£34k annual salary
