The company are experiencing fast growth. To keep up with demand and stay ahead of it, they are expanding manufacturing capabilities. They need someone who can:
Optimise food production processes for quality, safety, and efficiency
Lead the scale-up of new products from concept to commercial reality
Collaborate efficiently with R&D, QA, Sales, Engineering, and Operations
Enhance factory capabilities and maximise capacity without compromising on quality
What You'll Be Doing
Translating brilliant product ideas into scalable manufacturing solutions
Leading factory trials, launches, and continuous process improvements
Troubleshooting production challenges with a practical, hands-on approach
Bringing technical process expertise to every stage of production
Using data analysis to inform decisions and optimise performance
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years in food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of packaging technologies and processes
Proven track record of managing complex projects and critical paths
Excellent communicator
High attention to detail and a knowledge for food safety standards
