We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to provide administrative and procurement support across the business on a 3-month contract. The role involves managing purchase orders and goods receipting in SAP Ariba and S4 Hana, processing invoices and documents, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings, travel, and diaries. This position is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high standard of business support.
Role: Procurement Administrator
Pay: £17 per hour PAYE
Location: Malmsbury
Contract: Monday- Friday, 08:00 - 16:30pm, 3 months contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Responsibilities
PO management - raising PO's, Goods Receipting against PO's and maintaining PO's
Preparing documents & invoices for processing
Triaging and responding to legal administrative queries
Data inputting - maintaining records system
Scanning documents on to the system
Booking meetings and events
Assistance with travel bookings
Diary management
Essential Skills:
Accurate data entry, updating systems, and maintaining organized digital or paper records.
Experienced in coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
Must have SAP Ariba / S4 Hana experience and knowledge
Skilled in creating, formatting, and reviewing financial and administrative documents for processing.
Confident navigating SAP systems to create and maintain POs, approve workflows, and extract data or reports.
Works effectively with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
