Description
Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies.
Support the procurement team with supplier management and communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
Provide administrative support, including document management and data entry.
Help with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to public sector procurement regulations and guidelines.Profile
Experience in administrative or procurement roles within the public sector or similar industries (or transferable skills from a university degree for example being competent with MS Office)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
