Due to continued success and operational expansion plans, a head office location of a high-quality product global distributor has an exciting for a Procurement Coordinator to join them. You will take autonomy for the Procurement function for the site, working closely with multiple internal teams, this is a brand-new position which will support their continued success as a business:
Coordinate the end‑to‑end procurement process for international suppliers
Manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and documentation
Build strong relationships with global vendors and logistics partners
Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Support continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations
Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
We would expect the successful Procurement Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), be an excellent communicator with good negotiation skills, and a analytical mindset. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within procurement, purchasing, or an assistant buyer position.
You will be joining a company that has been established for over 30 years with an enviable reputation in the field. Working directly with the Operations Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
