We are looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support Commercial Managers in delivering an efficient, responsive, and high-performing supply chain. This hands-on role offers excellent exposure across procurement operations, from managing purchase orders and supplier communications, to maintaining accurate stock data and supporting grower relationships.

Procurement Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Raise and manage purchase orders in the Prophet ERP system
*
Liaise with growers to confirm volumes, varieties, and arrival dates
*
Maintain accurate load plans and arrivals data
*
Collaborate with logistics and planning to ensure strong stock visibility
*
Support pricing models, grower returns, and invoice processing
*
Contribute to process improvements across procurement systems
Procurement Coordinator Key Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with confidence working with numbers and data
* Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or commercial support - ideally within Fresh Produce
* Knowledge of ERP systems (Prophet experience is advantageous)
* Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Proactive and collaborative, with a problem-solving mindset
