Job Description

Procurement, Logistics & Facilities Manager (Utilities) Location: Kilkenny (on-site) Contract: 12-month fixed term (with review) Salary: €60,000-€65,000 per annum (paid monthly) Our client is a leading utilities provider operating across the Energy and Telecommunications sectors. We're seeking a hands-on manager to lead procurement, logistics/warehouse, fleet (vehicles, plant & equipment) and facilities, driving cost, service and safety performance. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end procurement (sourcing, tenders, negotiations, contracts) Build and deliver logistics strategies (materials flow, warehousing, distribution, site deliveries) Day-to-day operations leadership; schedule, train and supervise team members Track supplier KPIs (price, quality, OTIF) and develop the supply base Fleet management: utilisation, maintenance planning, compliance and cost optimisation Oversee facilities setup, maintenance and compliance (offices/yards/stores) Leverage technology (procurement/fleet systems, reporting) for visibility and decisions Ensure H&S, environmental, legal and company policy compliance What we're looking for Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business (or equivalent experience) 3+ years' experience in procurement/logistics/warehouse management with team leadership Strong negotiation, stakeholder and organisational skills Experience with procurement and/or fleet software; strong MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) Data-driven mindset-convert spend/operational data into actions Background in construction/energy/utilities is an advantage Full, current driving licence What's on offer €60,000-€65,000 base salary (DOE) 12-month FTC with performance review at the end of term Learning & development, progression opportunities Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme Positive, collaborative work environment with real impact How to apply Click Apply and upload your CV.
