Procurement Manager - Ingredients and Protein - Food Manufacturing
Hybrid working 2 days on site
Cambridge
£80-90k plus car allowance and package

What will the Procurement Manager - Ingredients and Protein be responsible for?
Lead and own the Ingredients & Protein category.
Build strong connections across all site teams.
Drive supply chain improvements through full 360° reviews.
Manage and develop supplier relationships to balance cost, quality, and reliable supply.
Partner with suppliers to innovate and add value.
Deliver a commercial edge across the product portfolio, ensuring competitive, high-quality products reach the consumer.
We are looking for the following experience for this Senior procurement role:
Fresh thinking, a real passion for procurement in ingredients and protein.
Solid knowledge of procurement category management strategies.
Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
Able communicator who integrates seamlessly across functions.
Proven ability to build collaborative supplier partnerships.
Drive and tenacity.
