Procurement Manager

About The Role

  * Lead procurement and strategic sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontract services

  * Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives

  * Manage supplier relationships and supply chain performance to ensure quality and reliability

  * Conduct contract negotiation and commercial management to secure best value

  * Identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities

  * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project planning and delivery timelines

  * Drive sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives across the supply chain

  * Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts

Skills & Experience Required

  * Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Senior Buyer

  * Strong background in construction procurement, infrastructure, or engineering sectors

  * Expertise in contract management, supplier negotiation, and cost control

  * Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation

  * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify procurement efficiencies
