Your new role
You'll be at the heart of their strategic sourcing function, driving best-in-class procurement practices across services and third-party supplier solutions. Expect variety, challenge, and the chance to influence real change.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading "source to contract" processes to maximise value
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Identifying innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
Negotiating robust contracts with clear SLAs and KPIs
Delivering market and spend analysis to inform strategy
Mitigating commercial and contractual risks
Ensuring compliance with global and local procurement standards
Driving continuous improvement across internal and external processesWhat you'll need to succeed
You're a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a change agent. You bring:
Experience in strategic procurement roles
Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and lead
MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) preferred
A university degree in Procurement/Supply Chain (desirable)What you'll get in return
Interim role until September 2026
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in office in West Sussex
Day rate of £400 a day
