Procurement Manager

This role offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where you will make a positive impact within the procurement team, working alongside colleagues, suppliers, and customers to contribute to the long-term success of the business.
As the Procurement Manager and a key team member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a specialist in the Fresh Produce sector, contributing to senior management decisions. Your ability to seamlessly integrate into the team while driving profitability and supporting company growth will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, honest, and open relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Manage product pricing, costs, quality, and availability to ensure optimal outcomes.
Lead international procurement across various product categories.
Oversee supplier management, including reviews and visits.
This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a senior role within the procurement team. You will work closely with and support the Head of Department, mentor the team, and become a go-to person in a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive business environment.

Working as part of a team and business that promotes a healthy work-life balance, the working Hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel when required.
