The Role:
Lead procurement activity across modular and multi-family construction projects
Source and secure both goods (materials, equipment) and services (vendors, subcontractors)
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to deliver value and performance
Develop scalable supply chain strategies to support rapid business growth
Partner with C-suite leadership on long-term procurement planning and cost strategies
Oversee compliance, supplier performance, and risk managementThe Person:
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement professional
Background in modular construction, offsite manufacturing, or multi-family GC projects
Strong track record procuring both goods and services for large-scale projects
Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills
