Job Description
We are working on behalf of one of our clients, who are looking for a Procurement Officer to support a major transformation programme. This role will play a key part in managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Are you a natural negotiator with a passion for building supplier relationships? We are looking for someone to join a dynamic programme team, where you will manage procurement activity across multiple projects and make sure the organisation achieves value for money at every step.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers, ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the right quality. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and with vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
Day-to-day, you will:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process using established systems.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.

Build strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to align procurement with project needs.
*
Ensure all procurement activity complies with policies and regulations.
What you will bring:

3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
*
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
*
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
*
Knowledge of procurement processes (public sector exposure is a plus).
