Do you have experience in an Administrator role dealing with compliance or regulations or quality? What will you be doing as a Product Compliance Administrator?
Working as part of a well established team. You will be carrying out an interesting and varied role. Duties will include:
Liaising with factories, suppliers and buying offices
Gathering documents and evidence to ensure all products adhere to relevant legal requirements
Maintaining accurate records of compliance documents, certificates, and reports,
Helping conduct simple reviews or risk assessments of new product
Reviewing and verifying bill of materials (BOM) of products
Coordinating with the sales team on compliance queries from customers
Working with other departments to ensure certification and adherence to relevant legal requirements
Supporting senior staff in identifying compliance risks through data analysis, audits, and product reviews
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Strong administration skills in a role involving compliance or quality such as Quality Administration, ISO or other regulation based role or possibly someone who has worked in a buying or purchasing admin role
Experience in a similar Product Compliance role would be interesting
Bright and keen to learn and develop a career in product compliance
Comfortable using Word, Excel and email
Experience using Acrobat Reader or Illustrator would be beneficial but not essential
What will you get in return for your work as a Product Compliance Administrator?
A salary of £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
