Product Delivery Office (PMO) Coordinator (Band 6)
Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required.
About the Role:
Join our NHS Product Team, support the efficient and effective working of the Product team as a PMO Coordinator. You’ll underpin the Product Delivery Office, working closely with the FDP Programme PMO team to support wider programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with team members, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
* Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.
* Coordinate activities and meetings within the Product function.
* Analyse information and provide reports and updates.
* Facilitate active collaboration and communication across the team.
* Support development and implementation of PDO policies and best practices.
* Ensure meeting outputs are captured and used.
* Support and deputise for the PDO Operations Manager.
About You:
* Experience in coordination or administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or public sector.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple teams.
* Familiarity with governance and reporting processes.
* NHS experience
