About the Role
A leading FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Product Design Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You’ll lead the product development team, managing multiple projects from concept to launch while ensuring products meet regulatory, quality and commercial targets. This is a great opportunity to drive innovation within a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the product development team
*
Deliver new product launches and manage product lifecycle
*
Provide technical guidance across formulation, testing and validation
*
Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and procurement teams
*
Manage external supplier and research relationships
About You
*
Proven experience in product development within food or FMCG
*
Strong knowledge of powder manufacturing processes (e.g. spray drying, agglomeration)
*
Confident leader with excellent communication and project management skills
*
Able to apply technical knowledge in a commercial environment
