We’re looking for two experienced, passionate and innovative Product / Structural Packaging Designers to join us in driving market-leading innovation.
We’re open to different levels of experience but what matters most is your ability to deliver commercially viable, cutting-edge design solutions — not just concepts, but tangible innovations that make it to market.
What you’ll do – Product & Structural Packaging Design:
* Take briefs and translate them into unique, commercially viable product and packaging solutions.
* Develop ideas that add value for both existing and new customers.
* Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and delivery.
* Contribute to our reputation as leaders in proactive product innovation.
What we’re looking for - Product & Structural Packaging Design:
* A proven track record of delivering innovation to market.
* Experience in FMCG product or packaging design (preferred).
* A degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or similar (or an outstanding portfolio demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills).
* Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and mass production techniques.
* Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
* High attention to detail with strong visualisation and creative skills.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteBefore You Apply
