As a Product Designer (UX/UI), your goal is to make digital products intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users. You will conduct research, craft personas, design user journeys, and create interactive prototypes. You'll shape every stage of the user experience across websites, apps, and internal tools ensuring accessible and engaging design outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design seamless and visually engaging user experiences across web portals, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and internal tools Conduct research to understand user goals, pain points, and behaviours; develop personas and journey maps Create mock-ups, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to test and refine ideas before development Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring intuitive UX/UI design solutions to life Build clear and logical information architectures that support strong navigation and usability Champion accessibility and inclusivity in all user interfaces Use discovery sessions, workshops, and user feedback to validate ideas and shape features Lead the visual design process, from conceptualisation to handoff, ensuring consistent UI standards Iterate rapidly based on feedback, usability testing, and real-world usage Maintain and evolve the design system, style guides, and UI components library Prioritise and manage the design backlog in alignment with product roadmaps Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets to support development sprints What You'll Bring Experience delivering end-to-end design in a product-led environment, ideally within fintech or payments Proficiency in UX research, journey mapping, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for layout, typography, colour, and consistency Ability to translate complex processes into simple and elegant user experiences Collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile cross-functional teams Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and engage stakeholders
