What You'll Own:
Drive Your Categories - Take the lead on product development across men's, women's, and junior's - managing everything from concept through to final production, with full oversight on cost, quality, and delivery
Lead the Fit Process - Own fit sessions and garment reviews, making confident, commercial decisions that keep the range sharp and consistent
Keep Things Moving - Take charge of the critical path, managing timelines, seal samples, tech packs, and lab dips to ensure nothing slips
Build Supplier Partnerships - Communicate clearly and consistently with global suppliers, chasing costs and samples, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships
Own Every Sample - Oversee every stage of sampling, from proto to PPS, ensuring all products meet fit and quality standards before sign-off
Get Technical - Deliver precise technical and construction comments; ensure accuracy across size charts, grading, and build specs
Champion Quality & Compliance - Conduct garment and fabric testing, monitor compliance, and ensure every product meets required safety and labelling regulations
Protect the Margin - Collaborate with sourcing to manage open-costing, engineer for efficiency, and make smart fabric and trim choices
Fuel Innovation - Offer hands-on technical input into new concepts and construction ideas - helping push the product forward every season
Support Production Success - Assist with bulk QC checks and help maintain consistency from development to delivery
Lead by Example - Mentor junior team members through your expertise, attitude, and ownership mindset
