What You’ll Be Doing

Leading product development from concept to launch across multiple categories

Conducting taste panels, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience in product development within food retail or manufacturing

Strong understanding of the UK grocery market and consumer trends
*
Creative thinker with commercial awareness and attention to detail

Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
*
Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
