📍 Banbury, Oxfordshire (Close to the M40) 💰 Competitive Salary ⏰ Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a New Product Development Coordinator to join a successful and growing business based in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing new products to market, working closely with multiple departments and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through to launch.

The Role

As a New Product Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and introduction of new products, ensuring all information, deadlines and processes are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating new product development projects

Managing product information and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met

Supporting the product launch process from initial concept to completion

Preparing reports, documentation and product data

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures

Providing administrative and project coordination support to the wider team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a coordination, administration or project support role

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

A proactive and positive approach to work
