Product Development Engineer
 £45,000 - £50,000 + Training and Development + Annual Bonuses + Company benefits

Are you a Mechanical/Product Development Engineer looking to work on a variety of products with real ownership and long-term technical development?

On offer is a hands-on role where you'll develop existing technical products, working closely with manufacturing partners and gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle in a growing business.

This is an established and expanding organisation with a strong market presence, known for investing in its people and offering ongoing training, support, and the opportunity to broaden your engineering skillset within a collaborative team.

In this role, you will support new product development, improve existing designs, coordinate prototyping and testing, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, compliant products. You'll also be involved in problem solving, technical documentation, and driving continuous product improvements.

This role would suit a Mechanical or Product Development Engineer looking for a varied, technically engaging position with opportunities to develop and grow long-term.
