As part of an ambitious growth plan, the company is expanding its Product Development Team — and looking for a strategic, hands-on Own Label Product Manager to drive the next phase of innovation.
This is your chance to lead the full product journey — from concept to shelf — and make your mark across a dynamic portfolio of own label brands.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Define and execute brand propositions that fuel year-on-year growth.
* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept through to launch.
* Shape brand identity in collaboration with marketing.
* Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Own and deliver a strategic Own Label Development Plan.
* Negotiate confidently with suppliers on cost, lead times, and quality.
* Ensure every product meets legal, safety, and brand standards.
* Sign off on samples, packaging, and final production.
* Work closely with Product Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
What You Bring:
* Solid experience in product development or buying, ideally in own/private label.
* Sharp negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, and compliance.
* Commercially savvy with a creative edge for product innovation.
* Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5% of the time).
