Product Executive – Tour Operator
This luxury, award winning travel company is seeking a Product Executive to join their dynamic product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded travel professional to take ownership of a regional programme and develop the product in your assigned destinations. If you’re passionate about travel, have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a product role this could be the perfect next step! Competitive salary with hybrid working available.
Product Executive - Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the product portfolio for your designated areas, researching new destinations, suppliers, and product opportunities.
Source and maintain accurate product content, imagery, and information across digital platforms
Lead marketing opportunities for your region, including negotiating supplier marketing contributions
Ensure internal teams are fully briefed on product details and booking processes
Organise and manage product training sessions
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers
Collaborate with the Head of Product on new product proposals and supplier negotiations
Secure competitive rates and exclusive offers through effective negotiation
Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the programme remains attractive and market-leading
Product Executive - Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a product role within the travel industry
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of travel product development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident working with suppliers and internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to write engaging and accurate product content
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
