Role Overview
We’re seeking a technically proficient and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and delivery of our digital display product portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive product innovation, manage lifecycle performance, and support client success across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product roadmaps for touch screen displays, AV products, embedded systems, digital signage, including freestanding displays, ultra-high brightness screens, and wide-format LCDs
* Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product features with market demand
* Lead AV system integration using protocols such as ArtNet, DMX, DALI, and Disguise D3
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including risk assessments and quality control
* Act as a technical advisor to clients and resellers, providing product education and tailored solutions
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics for AV components
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
* Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients and partners to present product solutions, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships
* Deliver confident, engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Act as a technical advisor to clients and resellers, providing product education and tailored solutions
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee supply chain logistics for AV components
* Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and product demonstrations
Candidate Requirements
* Robust experience in AV system design, electronics manufacturing, touch screen display systems etc
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proven success managing multimedia display projects across Asia and Europe
* Strong understanding of power/control cables, commercial displays, and OPS PCs
* Experience as a product manager or project manager within a manufacturing company e.g. Power/Control Cables, LED/LCD Digital Screens/ CCTV Monitors/ Commercial Display, Open Pluggable Specification PC.
