Are you an experienced Product Manager ready to take ownership of high-profile fresh produce categories?
We’re currently hiring a Product Manager to join a dynamic team working across Teynham, Sittingbourne, Canterbury, and Linton.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of product categories (including stone fruit, tropical, berries, salads, and more), working hand-in-hand with operations, technical, and commercial teams. You’ll play a key part in driving quality, managing packhouse yields, engaging with suppliers, and representing the business during customer visits.

What do you need?
Experience in quality assurance, packing operations, or product management (fresh produce environment ideal)
Strong understanding of customer specifications (M&S or similar preferred)
HACCP Level 2 and TACCP trained (desirable)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet) is an advantage
Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities
Full right to work in the UK
