The role of Product & Marketing Manager – Fixing Systems will involve:

  *  Product & Marketing Manager position promoting a market leading high quality range of fixings systems

  *  Managing and develop a team of 3 marketing executives as well as external marketing partners

  *  Responsible for creating / implementing marketing & product strategy’s

  *  Liaise with sales team to keep up to date with UK trends

  *  Attend trade shows such as; UKCW and Screwfix Live

  *  Keep in regular dialog with German R&D team

  *  Manage and support purchasing, testing, marketing, launching & training on new products

The ideal applicant will be Product & Marketing Manager – Fixing Systems with:

  *  Must have marketing & product management experience in the fixings & fastenings or closely aligned market sector such as building envelope

  *  Must have a proven track record implementing product / marketing strategies

  *  Ideally previous experience managing a team however not essential

  *  Must be able to hit the ground running
