Job Description
A leading North East software company is looking for a Product Owner to join their growing software team. They are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued.

*This role is hybrid with 2 days on site in Newcastle and 3 days from home*

The day to day
Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business and customer value
Translate strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features
Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Advocate for the customer using data to drive product decisions
Monitor performance and feedback to guide continuous improvement
Align product roadmap with strategic vision in partnership with Product ManagersThe package:
A salary of up to £45,000 with yearly pay rises / reviews
