The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join a premium window and door supplier that combines heritage-inspired craftsmanship with modern performance. Specialising in timber, aluminium, and uPVC window and door solutions, the company is known for its reputation for quality and outstanding customer service across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a client-facing, design-led sales role ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, property improvement, and premium home design solutions. You'll consult with homeowners to offer tailored recommendations, combining technical product knowledge with a deep understanding of customer needs and aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct home-based and virtual consultations to understand design and functional requirements
*
Provide expert product advice and present tailored window and door solutions
*
Prepare quotations and manage the full sales cycle from lead to post-sale follow-up
*
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
*
Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
*
Sales experience in home improvement, property, or design-led environments
*
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach
*
A good eye for design and an appreciation for both traditional and modern architecture
*
Organised and self-motivated, capable of managing your diary and client pipeline
*
Confident using CRM systems, email, quoting tools and basic digital platforms
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London for client visits
