Location: Altrincham, South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £62,000
Bonus: 15% + Competitive benefits package

We’re now hiring a Product Specialist — a hybrid role that combines product integration, partnerships, and commercial ownership across a network of airlines, banks, and travel clients throughout Europe.
Key Requirements
1. Strategic Partnership Management
You’ll act as BODDY’s embedded representative within DragonPass — aligning objectives, priorities, and outcomes across both organisations to maximise partnership success.
2. Product & Platform Ownership
A strong grasp of digital product ecosystems, ideally within travel, wellness, or loyalty sectors. You’ll ensure BODDY’s wellness offering is effectively integrated and adopted across Dragonpass’ global platform.
3. Commercial Acumen
Proven experience driving revenue growth through partner relationships. You’ll identify and shape new opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline and overall commercial performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ability to work seamlessly with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive product launches and partner enablement.
5. Technical Understanding
Confident discussing APIs, integration roadmaps, and digital delivery timelines — ensuring both sides stay aligned from concept through to execution.
6. Insight & Performance Tracking
Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and user feedback to monitor success and drive continuous improvement.
7. Autonomous & Professional Presence
A self-starter capable of operating independently within a partner environment, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
