Join Our Team as a Product Support Engineer!
Are you passionate about engineering and customer support? We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sunderland. If you have a knack for problem resolution and a strong customer care focus, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional technical and customer support post-delivery.
Resolve customer-reported issues promptly and effectively.
Serve as the direct interface for customers, maintaining professionalism and high support standards.
Conduct on-site support and training sessions for distributors and key customers.
Build and nurture lasting relationships through proactive customer visits.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance customer satisfaction and explore spare parts opportunities.What We're Looking For:
Engineering-related qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to travel across Europe and other continents, with a approximately of 7 trips per year (up to one week oer trip)
Experience with electrical and mechanical machines and a customer-focused approach.What We Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from £43,500 to £45,000 annually.
