Product Support Engineer
Up to £35k depending on experience

Full time | Permanent | 37 hours a week

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Support Engineer to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise across the project lifestyle
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35kP/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30 with a 1pm finish on Friday
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that the louvre products proposed for projects meet all relevant UK construction industry standards for screening and ventilation.
Provide technical advice and guidance to the Sales Team, including calculations for environmental loadings, appropriate material selections, surface finishes, and project-specific application recommendations
Conduct design checks and provide detailed input on installation interfaces to ensure buildability and compliance.
Confirm the full scope of each order as it transfers from Sales into Manufacture.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in technical support or product engineering.
Experience in louvre or façade engineering sectors.
Experience contributing to product development projects.
