Job Description

Production Administrator/ Coordinator & Administrator - Maternity cover 9 months fixed term contract Are you a highly organised, proactive production administrator looking for a new role? Are you ready to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly? This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the go-to person for managing production workflows, ensuring the ERP system is up to date, and keeping the team equipped with everything they need to deliver top-quality results. You will also provide vital support to HR and finance functions, making you a pivotal part of our success story. What you’ll be doing * Processing purchase and sales orders and entering them into our ERP system * Setting up part numbers, BOMs, and routings to keep production on track * Preparing and issuing production paperwork to ensure the team has what they need, when they need it * Managing stock levels, material traceability, and raising delivery paperwork & CoCs * Keeping customers in the loop with delivery updates * Supporting HR & finance by assisting with payroll, documentation, and general administration * Reconciling invoices, overseeing departmental purchasing, and maintaining accurate ERP records * Working closely with the Machining Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure schedules and workflows are seamless What we’re looking for * Strong organisational and admin skills, with excellent attention to detail * Confident working with ERP systems (we’ll provide training if needed) * A team player who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple priorities * Experience in a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment (desirable but not essential) * Good communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and with customers For more information on this role please contact Danielle at TalentTide
