Job Description

Imperial Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation in the logistics and manufacturing sector. Renowned for their excellent service and strong customer relationships, they are now seeking an experienced Production Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager, acting as the main point of contact between the business and its valued customers. You will ensure the smooth administration of all inbound and outbound product documentation, helping to drive efficiency and success across the contract. Key Responsibilities * Accurately administer receipt and dispatch documentation for client stock in a timely manner. * Maintain and extract data from ERP systems to meet customer requirements. * Ensure all transactions relating to goods in and dispatch are recorded correctly through electronic stock management systems. * Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve queries quickly and professionally. * Provide accurate product information and support with customer enquiries. * Investigate and resolve client queries, escalating issues to the Contract Supervisor where necessary. * Use electronic warehouse management systems effectively to support day-to-day operations. * Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. About You We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally bring: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Previous experience in customer service. * A confident and professional telephone manner. * The ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. * Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics (desirable).
