Production Cleaner / Operative
📍 Location: Bigglewade (must have own transport – initial training in Hitchin)
💷 Pay: £12.25 per hour
🕕 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:15pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our clients Production team. This role involves following daily cleaning schedules to maintain a clean, safe, and organised production environment. You’ll also provide support to the wider production team when needed, including replenishment and packing duties.
Key Responsibilities
Follow company health and safety standards at all times and report any concerns to management.
Use protective clothing and safety equipment correctly.
Maintain a tidy and hygienic workplace in line with site requirements.
Carry out daily cleaning of the production area following set schedules and safe systems of work.
Keep the wet room area and equipment clean and organised.
Assist with raw material replenishment and bag packing when necessary.
Complete any required documentation accurately and promptly.
Report any plant or equipment defects to the Production Supervisor.Behavioural Competencies

Must have own transport (travel required to Hitchin for training).
Previous experience in a production or cleaning environment is desirable but not essential.
