Production & Counterbalance Operative
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire
Salary: £13.52 per hour, Paid Weekly
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Weekly Rotating Shifts: Mon - Fri, 6.00am - 2.00pm & Mon - Thurs, 2.00pm - 1.00am

This position offers the chance to become an integral part of a busy production team, carrying out essential preparation and finishing tasks that keep operations running smoothly. From taping and masking for paint preparation through to general production support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards are met.
While use of a counterbalance forklift is required, the role is primarily focused on hands-on assistance across production activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. With the opportunity for permanent employment, this is a great long-term opportunity to build stability and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with production processes including preparation, masking, taping, and finishing tasks
* Carry out general duties to support workflow and maintain production targets
* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) when required
* Ensure work areas remain clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Follow all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
* Recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift (within the last 6–12 months)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
* Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term workBefore You Apply
