With our client's ongoing commitment to excellence, they are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to enhance and build their service delivery and operations.
Joining their leading water utility organisation, in a permanent position, you'd be required to work on-site from their main office, located on the South Coast of the UK. Within this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of several projects, with related to our client's network and production assets.
-Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Produce system and operational enhancements with the implementation of OT/ICS projects, allowing for efficient production asset operations.
-Support water treatment operations, with a focus on EICA/OT systems, by offering professional expertise and hands-on assistance.
-Manage commissioning works, change control for electronic documentation, Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), and PLC/HMI/SCADA/GeoSCADA systems.
-Observe and maintain OT cybersecurity processes, obtain and review operational data, whilst identifying performance enhancement opportunities.
-Provide mentorship, training, and support to other professionals, nurturing best practice and knowledge across all operations.
Requirements:
-Extensive experience as a Production Engineer, or a similar position, ideally within the water sector.
-Qualification in Electronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related speciality (HNC/HND).
-Strong understanding of industrial control systems, hardwired circuitry, and process instrumentation.
-Solid proficiency in HMI, PLC, and SCADA design, modification, and programming, with knowledge of telemetry configuration.
-Excellent grasp of Operational Technology (OT) communication procedures and networked control fields.
