Production Engineer
Role: Production Engineer
Location: Worksop
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: between £38,000 - £45,000 pa DOE
We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Production Engineer to join our client in Worksop. In this role, you'll be the vital link between Production and Engineering, streamlining processes, introducing new technologies, and solving real-world manufacturing challenges. From improving productivity and quality to supporting prototype builds and creating process documentation, your work will shape how our client delivers excellence.
What you'll bring:
A degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of lean principles, manufacturing processes, and digitalisation
A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
What you'll do:
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
Implement new processes and technologies
Create build instructions and risk assessments
Collaborate across departments to drive results
