As Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing jigs, fixtures, and tooling using SolidWorks
Optimising production line layouts with AutoCAD
Driving Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S initiatives
Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
Leading training and process audits to ensure compliance
Developing test equipment and validation procedures
As Production Engineer, your experience will include:
Proven background in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
HND or equivalent in Engineering
Proficiency in 3D CAD and ERP/MRP systems
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with change management and problem-solving
