Key Responsibilities

Experience in process improvement and production support within a manufacturing environment.

Skilled in CAD and product data management, preferably using Creo and Windchill.
*
Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
*
Knowledge of ergonomics and workplace safety principles, with a focus on practical implementation.
*
Proven ability to apply Lean and cost-efficiency techniques to optimise workflows.
*
Experienced in problem solving and quality improvement, using structured methodologies to drive results.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
*
Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
*
Proficient in 3D CAD (preferably Creo).
*
Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill).
*
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
*
Demonstrated success in process optimisation and cost reduction.
*
Knowledge of ergonomics and workplace safety practices.
Desirable:
*
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
*
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.
*
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
*
Background in consumer products or appliance manufacturing.
