The Role
 As the Production Leader you will be tasked to drive performance and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) objectives, helping shape the team and processes to consistently achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop your team to meet production targets and quality standards.
Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the business.
Take ownership of daily operations and solve problems effectively on the shop floor.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support the development of future leaders within your team.  

About You:

Experience in precision engineering or manufacturing quality management
Strong knowledge of inspection processes and CNC operation
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to work
Team player with strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in coaching, developing teams, and influencing across functions.
