Assistant High-Risk Area Production Supervisor
Location - Northamptonshire
Salary - £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday | 45 hours per week

This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows the ins and outs of food safety compliance, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to drive performance, hygiene, and quality on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Champion food safety, hygiene, and GMP across your area.
Lead daily production operations — from de-bagging and cooking to chilling and dispatch.
Keep your team on point with clear direction, training, and performance oversight.
Ensure full compliance with CCPs, LCPs, and all documentation requirements.
Maintain audit-readiness at all times — be ready within 15 minutes!
Collaborate across departments to hit production targets and quality benchmarks.
Take ownership of hygiene standards and continuously seek improvements.You’ll Be Responsible For Legal Compliance Under:
