A leading player in the Northern Ireland food manufacturing sector is looking for a skilled and ambitious Production Line Leader to join their growing operation. Specialising in the processing of high-demand chilled food lines, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of team leadership, performance delivery, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
What You'll Do
Take charge of your production line, leading from the front and ensuring a culture of performance, safety, and quality
Manage the day-to-day operations of the line to ensure output, yield, and OEE targets are consistently met
Deliver hands-on coaching and guidance to line operatives, supporting onboarding and upskilling initiatives
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, and health & safety standards across your area
Collaborate with shift leaders, engineers, and planning teams to drive efficiency and minimise downtime
Support a lean manufacturing approach and contribute ideas for process improvement
What You'll Bring
Experience in a food production or FMCG environment (fresh, chilled, or prepared produce advantageous)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for quality, detail, and operational flow
Excellent communication and decision-making skills with a proactive, 'can-do' mindset
Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a collaborative, target-driven environment
