Day to day, you'll build and optimise production schedules, coordinate materials and resources, and plan logistics to ensure on-time delivery. You'll analyse performance data, resolve bottlenecks, drive safety and compliance, and work closely with purchasing, quality, sales and suppliers to keep information accurate and decisions timely.

The job
Create and adjust production and logistics plans; monitor progress and remove bottlenecks.
Coordinate materials, inventory, transport and suppliers; maintain accurate records and reports.
Lead problem-solving/root-cause activity with cross-functional teams; uphold safety and compliance.
The Person
Proven background in production or logistics planning within manufacturing or construction.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills; organised and decisive.
Confident with planning/logistics software and data reporting; safety-aware mindset.
Working pattern
On-site, Swadlincote; Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 with a little flexibility.
