We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate traceability paperwork and production logs in line with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is preferred, particularly in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.

Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently when necessary.
